6. Election Precincts 5 and 6 are consolidated into a single Precinct with the Ingram
Schoolhouse being designated as the polling place.
7. Election Precincts 4, 9 and 10 are consolidated into a single Precinct with the Sunset
Baptist Church being designated as the polling place.
And it is further ordered that the regularly appointed Election Officials of Election
Precincts 1, 19, 17, 11, 2, 6 and 4 shall conduct the election held in their respective
consolidated precincts on April 22, 1975.

NO. 12335 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY ATTORNEY TO INTERVENE IN DELINQUENT TAX SUITS PENDING
IN 216TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT
On this the 10th day of February, 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the necessity of authorizing and directing County Attorney James C. Nogues to act on behalf
of Kerr County and the State of Texas in the matter of intervening and filing claims in the
216th Judicial District Court of Kerr County, pursuant to Article 7345b, Texas Civil Statutes,
said causes being delinquent tax suits, listed as follows:
No. 6696 against Marcus Villarreal, et al
No. 6697 against Victor Ramos
No. 6698 against Juan Trevino, et ux
No. 6699 against Sammy Brown, et al
No. 6700 against Stanley Ginter, et al
No. 6701 against Ruby Sanchez Gutierrez
No. 6702 against Marcilino Martinez
No. 6703 against Lewis Espinoza
No. 6704 against Mattie Fifer
No. 6706 against R. C. Johnson
No. 6707 against George Allen Dimery, Jr.
No. 6708 against W. G. Powell, et ux
No. 6709 against Hiram Kahey, et al
It appearing to the Court that the Kerr County Tax Collector has been heretofore served
with Citation in said causes on behalf of Kerr County and the State of Texas and that
intervention and filing of a claim in this cause is required to preserve the claims of Kerr
County and the State of Texas arising from delinquent taxes due them and constituting a lien
on the property which is subject to the said delinquent tax suit, it is ordered on motion
by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the
Court that the County Attorney, James C. Nogues, be authorized and directed to proceed to
file an intervention in the said causes as above set forth and otherwise proceed according
to law in this matter.

NO. 12336 ORDER AUTHORIZING REFUND OF DOUBLE PAYMENT OF AD VALOREM TAX
On this the 10th day of February 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the Tax Assessor/Collec-
tor, Juanita Reeves Maples be authorized to refund double payment of ad valorem tax to
William Garrett.

NO. 12337 APPORTIONMENT OF $14,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 10th day of February 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $14,000.00 £rom the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners Precincts:
Road & Bridge No. 1 ------- $4,200.00
Road & Bridge No, 2 ------- 52,800.00
Road & Bridge No. 3 ------- $2,800.00
