Nogues to act on behalf of Kerr County and the State of Texas in the matter of intervening and filing claims in the 216th Judicial District Court of Kerr County, pursuant to Article 7345b, Texas Civil Statutes, said causes being delinquent tax suits, listed as follows: No. 6696 against Marcus Villarreal, et al No. 6697 against Victor Ramos No. 6698 against Juan Trevino, et ux No. 6699 against Sammy Brown, et al No. 6700 against Stanley Ginter, et al No. 6701 against Ruby Sanchez Gutierrez No. 6702 against Marcilino Martinez No. 6703 against Lewis Espinoza No. 6704 against Mattie Fifer No. 6706 against R. C. Johnson No. 6707 against George Allen Dimery, Jr. No. 6708 against W. G. Powell, et ux No. 6709 against Hiram Kahey, et al It appearing to the Court that the Kerr County Tax Collector has been heretofore served with Citation in said causes on behalf of Kerr County and the State of Texas and that intervention and filing of a claim in this cause is required to preserve the claims of Kerr County and the State of Texas arising from delinquent taxes due them and constituting a lien on the property which is subject to the said delinquent tax suit, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Attorney, James C.
