day of March 1975 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term
of the Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

NO. 12347 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 10th day of March 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers Salary,
General Road and Bridge, Kerr County Public Library, Flood Control Maintenance, Jury and
County Law Library Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1778 thru
1782 Voucher Nos. 4119E thru ^-1362 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO, 12348 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 10th day of March 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of February of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved, therefore upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with
the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the resignations of Lydia Jean
Miller, Deputy County Clerk and Margaret Ann Mumme, Deputy County Clerk, be ratified and
confirmed, with regret, effective March 31, 1975.

NO. 12350 APPROVAL OF DEPOSITORY PLEDGE CONTRACTS FOR ALL COUNTY FUNDS, COUNTY AND DISTRICT
COURT TRUST FUNDS AND COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOL FUNDS
On this the 10th day of March 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Depository Pledge Contracts for all

NO. 12351 ORDER AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT AND ADDITION TO EXHIBIT A TO ORDER NO. 12,314; RE:
APPROVAL OF ROAD NAMES AND RESIDENCE NUMBERING SYSTEM FOR RURAL ROUTE MAIL
DELIVERY AREAS SERVED BY TfiE KERRVILLE, TEXAS POST OFFICE.
On ;this the 10th day of March, 1975 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of authorizing an amendment and addition to Exhibit A to Order No. 12,314 entered
by the Court on the 13th day of January, 1975 and recorded in Volume N, Page 587 of the
Minutes of the Court; and it appearing to the Court that at the time of the entry oŁ the
original Order No. 12,314 it had not been administratively possible to assign names and
numbers to two areas south of Kerrville which are included within the basic plan and system
then authorized, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that Exhibit A to Order No. 12,314 be amended
by substituting a revised page 7 of 11 pages for the original page 7; and further that an
.~ additional page #12 be added to the original 11 pages of said Exhibit A to Order No. 12,314
(copies of said two pages also to be appended to this Order as Exhibit "A" hereto); and it
is further ordered that all authorizations and approvals originally authorized in said
Order No. 12,314 be extended to the items of amendment and addition to Exhibit A of said
Order No. 12,314.

NO. 12352 RENTAL FOR USE OF AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING INCREASED TO $50.00 PER DAY,
EFFECTIVE MARCH 10, 1975
On this the 10th day of March 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the rental for use of the
Agriculture Exhibition Building be increased to $50.00 per day, effective March 10, 1975.

NO. 12353 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF GLENN L. BRINKMAN OF BRINK'S BRANGUS TO USE AGRICULTURE
EXHIBITION BUILDING JUNE 2 THROUGH 10, 1975
,.,, On this the 10th day of March 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the request of Glenn L.
Brinkman of Hrink's Brangus be granted, for use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building the
week of June 2 through June 10, 1975, for the purpose of the International Brangus Breeders
Futurity Show and the Hill Country Brangus Breeders Sale, at a charge of $50.00 per day,
plus clean-up.

NO. 12354 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF LIONS CLUB FOR USE OF THE COURTHOUSE SQUARE - JUNE 4, 5,

On this the 10th day of March 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Lions Club be granted use
of the Courthouse Square, June 4, 5, 6 and 7, 1975.
