On ;this the 10th day of March, 1975 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of authorizing an amendment and addition to Exhibit A to Order No. 12,314 entered
by the Court on the 13th day of January, 1975 and recorded in Volume N, Page 587 of the
Minutes of the Court; and it appearing to the Court that at the time of the entry of the
original Order No. 12,314 it had not been administratively possible to assign names and
numbers to two areas south of Kerrville which are included within the basic plan and system
then authorized, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that Exhibit A to Order No. 12,314 be amended
by substituting a revised page 7 of 11 pages for the original page 7; and further that an
additional page #12 be added to the original 11 pages of said Exhibit A to Order No. 12,314
.. (copies of said two pages also to be appended to this Order as Exhibit "A" hereto); and it
is further ordered that all authorizations and approvals originally authorized in said
Order No. 12,314 be extended to the items of amendment and addition to Exhibit A of said

Agriculture Exhibition Building be increased to $50.00 per day, effective March 10, 1975.

Brinkman of Brink's Brangus be granted, Łor use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building the
week of June 2 through June 10, 1975, for the purpose of the International Brangus Breeders
Futurity Show and the Hill Country Brangus Breeders Sale, at a charge of $50.00 per day,
plus clean-up.
