On this the 1st day of April 197;, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Temple Heights Subdivision,
comprising 0.539 acre of land out of the upper one-third of Trlalter Fosgate Svy. #120, Abstract
No. 138, in Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas.

NO. 12369 APPPOVAL OF REPEAT OF BLOCKS N0. 4 and N0. 6 OF PUF,HLO HILLS
On this the 1st day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Replat of Blocks No. 4 anc~ No. 6 of
Pueblo Hills, comprising 1.289 acre in Block No. 4 and 1.951 acre in Block No. 6, out of B.
F. Cage Survey No. 11F, Abstract No. 106 in the City of Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas.

NO. 12370 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF RIVERHILL ESTATES NO. 2
On this the 7th day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Riverhill Estates No. 2,
subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until residential development sha7.1 justify said maintenance.

NO. 12371 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SOUTH OAKS VILLAGE
On this the 7th day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of South Oaks Village,
subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

NO. 12372 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF - REVERSION OF LOT 29, CYPRESS PARK SECTION 3
On this the 7th day of April 1975, tT»on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of - Reversion of Lot 29,
Cypress Park Section 3, as recorded in Volume 3, Page 142 to the original as recorded in
Volume 3, Page 81, Plat Records.
