No, 138, in Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas.

On this the 1st day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded

NO. 12370 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF RIVERHILL ESTATES NO, 2
On this the 7th day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Riverhill Estates No. 2,
subject to the provisions that actual. maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

NO. 12371 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SOUTH OAKS VILLAGE
On this the 7th day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Sovth Oaks Village,
subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

On this the 7th day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded

Cypress Park Section 3, as recorded in Volume 3, Page 142 to the original as recorded in
Volume 3, Page 81, Plat Records.
