of Mazch, 1975, have now been duly approved by the State Comptroller and by the Texas
Education Agency, it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Sank be
and is hereby designated as the official Depository of Kerr County for a two year period,
for the purpose of being the depository for County Funds, County and District Court Trust
Funds and County School Funds, and it is further ordered that the County Clerk of Kerr
County record such depository pledge contracts as required by law, and that the Clerk deliver
all extra copies of said contracts, together with a copy of the order to the said Chas.

ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of J. Scott
Henderson, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, and that he be ^
granted leave with pay through April 19, 1975.

tion of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to appoint and
deputize Winnie T. Warmbier as Deputy County Clerk and Florence M. Wheeler as Deputy County
Clerk of Kerr County, Texas and it appeazinq to the Court that said application should be
approved; therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner
to deputize
Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized/Winnie T. Warmbier
as Deputy County Clerk and Florence M. Wheeler as Deputy County Clerk at salazies of
$5100.00 per annum, effective the date of their qualification, the same being the 14th day
of April 1975, payable out of the Officers Salary Fund.

AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR AND MYRA LENARD AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 14th day of April 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Juanita Reeves Maples, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for authority
to appoint and deputize Simona Garza as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector and Myra Lenazd as
Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas and it appeazing to the Court that said
application should be approved; therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Baztel, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to
deputize Simona Garza as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector and Myra Lenard as Deputy Tax Assessor-
Collector at salaries of S5100.00 per annum, effective the date of their qualification, the
same being the 15th day of April 1975, payable out of the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.

NO. 12379 EXTENSION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF NANNIE SHERMAN
On this the 14th day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Baztel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the extension of the monthly
allowance of Nannie Sherman, in the amount of $40.00 per month, for a period of six months,
effective May 1, 1975, payable out of the General Fund.
