JUDGE OF ELECTION
On this the 14th day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that Mrs. Houston Schumacher be
appointed as Alternate Presiding Judge of Election Precinct No. 6, to replace Harshall
Campbell.

NO. 12381 APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH C. R. LAW TAX RECORDS, INC., FOR DELINQUENT TAX RECORD
FOR THE YEARS 1939 to 1974 IIQCLUSIVE
On this the 14th day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Contract between Juanita Reeves
Maples, Tax Assessor-Collector and C. R. Law Tax Records, Inc., for compiling a Delinquent
Tax Record for the years 1939 to 1974, Inclusive.

NO. 12382 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF AIME FRANK REAL TO USE AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING
MAY 9, 10 and 11, 1975
On this the 14th day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that Aime Frank Real be
granted use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building, May 9, 10 and 11, 1975, for the Annual
4-H and F. F. A. Club Lamb Sale, at a charge of $50.00 per day, plus clean-up.

NO. 12383 SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 14th day of April 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election held on April 5,
1975, which included:
County School Trustee at Large
County School Trustee Commissioner Precinct No. 2
County School Trustee Commissioner Precinct No. 4
District Trustee Hunt Independent School
District No. 12 Trustee Divide Common School
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mention-
ed Districts, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 6, Page 37, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the
Commissioners' Court, and upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner
Bartel, the Court unanimously approved said returns.

NO. 12384 APPORTIONMENT OF $14,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 14th day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $14,000.00 from the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

be and are hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the General Fund to the
