Holloway as Deputy Sheriff of Rerr County, Texas, at a salary of $8400.00 per gnnum, effective the date of his qualification, April 21, 1975, payable out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12391 OFFER TO THOMAS ALLEN ACREE AND WIFE, ELMA ESTHER ACREE, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16 On this the 18th day of April, 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the Texas Highway Department as right- of-way Parcel No. 29A from Thomas Allen Acree and wife, Elma Esther Acree, for the reconstruc- tion of State Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotia- tions an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 29A has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pap Thomas Allen Acree and wife, Gr~.r Elora Esther Acree, the sum of $940.00 as compensation for land and damages for their convey- ~ ance to the State of Texas a parcel of land comprising 0.187 acres out of Survey No. 1133 C.C.S.D. and R.G.N.G. And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of Consolidated Election Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns, after having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved. FOR USE OF BUILDINGS IN HOLDING CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION APRIL 22, 1975 On this the 25th day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the payment of claims of Election Officials as per claims on file at $2.00 per hour and the Presiding Judges $5.00 for bring- ing in returns of Election, including the Absentee Sox and payment to various places for the use of buildings, heat, lights, etc., in holding the Constitutional Amendment Election on April 22, 1975. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
