And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of Consolidated Election Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns, after having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved. Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court, that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume 6, Page 38, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as certified thereto by each member of the Court, are in all respects approved. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12395 ORDER APPROVING PAYMENT OF ELECTION OFFICERS AND RENT, ETC. FOR USE OF BUILDINGS IN HOLDING CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION APRIL 22, 1975 On this the 25th day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the payment of claims of Election Officials as per claims on file at $2.00 per hour and the Presiding Judges $5.00 for bring- ing in returns of Election, including the Absentee Sox and payment to various places for the use of buildings, heat, lights, etc., in holding the Constitutional Amendment Election on April 22, 1975. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
