State of Texas of a right of way easement consisting of a parcel of land comprising 0.415 ^,
acres out of Survey No. 1133 C.C.S.D, and R.G.N.G. RR Co., with payment being made to the
Veterans Land Board of the State of Texas upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of the
executed right of way easement; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer
be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of 51975.00 ~
payable to The Veterans Land Board of the State of Texas, which voucher shall be delivered
upon approval for final processing by the Texas Highway Department of the right of way ease-
ment as aforesaid.

NO. 12393 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH, SECTION ONE
On this the 18th day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Hldden Valley
Ranch, Section One, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be
assumed by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION APRIL 25, 1975 at 9:30 o'clock A. M., with the

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 12394 CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 25th day of April 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Constitutional Amendment Election held on
April 22, 1975.
And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of Consolidated Election
Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns,
after having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and
unanimously approved by the Court, that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume 6,
Page 38, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as certified thereto by each
member of the Court, are in all respects approved.

NO. 12395 ORDER APPROVING PAYMENT OF ELECTION OFFICERS AND RENT, ETC. FOR USE OF BUILDINGS
IN HOLDING CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION
APRIL 22, 1975
On this the 25th day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the payment of claims of Election
Officials as per claims on file at $2.00 per hour and the Presiding Judges $5.00 for bring-
ing in returns of Election, including the Absentee Sox and payment to various places for the
use of buildings, heat, lights, etc., in holding the Constitutional Amendment Election on
April 22, 1975.
