and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 12397 APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION PLAT OF THRILL HILLS SUBDIVISION
On this the 30th day of April 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Subdivision Plat of Thrill
Hills Subdivision, provided in so doing, Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways the
road easements dedicated for public use, and further, that Kerr County does not assume
responsibility for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways so
dedicated.
