NO. 12410 ORDER FIXING ASSESSMENT RATIO TO BE EMPLOYED FOR THE VALUATION OF PROPERTY ON THE
1975 TAX ROLL OF KERB COUNTY
on this the 12th day of May, 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of fixing the assessment ratio to be employed for the valuation of property on the 1975
tax roll of Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that by virtue of Order No. 12218
entered on the 9th day of September, 1974, the Court did order that all properties rendered
for taxes to the Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County should be rendered at full market
value and that the ratio of valuation to be employed for the 1975 tax roll would be subsequent-
ly determined, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee,
and unanimously approved by the Court that all properties shall be placed on the 1975 tax roll
of Kerr County at forty per cent of their full market value based on renditions made to the
Tax Assessor of Kerr County or on values placed on unrendered properties by said Tax Assessor,
subject to final adjustments, if any, made by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County sitting
as a Board of Equalization.

NO. 12411 APPORTIONMENT OF $28,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this 12th day of May 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasur-
er be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $28,000.00 from the General Road &
Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

On this the 12th day of May 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by

Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be and are
hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.

NO. 12413 NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALARY INCREASE OF AN ELECTED OFFICIAL - JUSTICE OF THE PEACE
OF PRECINCT NO. ONE OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 12th day of May 1975, came on to be considered by the Court, the matter of
a proposed salary increase for an Elected Official - Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. One
of Kerr County, Texas, pursuant to applicable laws of the State of Texas. It is ordered that
notice be published once in the official newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, that it is the in-
tention of the Commissioners' Court to consider the following proposed salary increase at
the regular June 1975 Term, commencing on June 9, 1975, and that such increase, if ordered,
shall be effective

On this the 12th day of May 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by

Commissioner Stone, the,COUrt unanimously approved that the travel allowance of the Tax
Assessor/Collector be increased from $900.00 to $1200.00 per annum, effective June 1, 1975
and that the travel allowance of the County Clerk be increased from $600.00 per annum to
$800.00 per annum, effective June 1, 1975.

NO. 12416 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 13th day of May 1975, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came on
for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of said County,
for the period beginning on the 1st day of February 1975 and ending on the 30th day of April
1975, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct
as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.

approved by the Court.

NO, 12417 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 13th day of May 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning February 1, 1975 and
ending April 30, 1975, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found
correct.

ly approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference and subject
to audit.
