Commissioner Stone, the,Court unanimously approved that the travel allowance of the Tax
Assessor/Collector be increased from $900.00 to $1200.00 per annum, effective June 1, 1975
and that the travel allowance of the County Clerk be increased from $600.00 per annum to
$800,00 per annum, effective June 1, 1975.

COURT RE-CONVENED MAY 13, 1975 at 10:05 o'clock A. M., with the following officers

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 12416 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 13th day of May 1975, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came on
Łor examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of said County,
for the period beginning on the 1st day of February 1975 and ending on the 30th day of April
1975, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct
as therein shown.
it is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 12417 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERB COUNTY
On this the 13th day of May 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning February 1, 1975 and
ending April 30, 1975, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found
correct.
Court
Upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the/unanimous-
ly approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference and subject
to audit.
