That there was begun and holden on the 9th
day of June 1975 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regulaz Term
of the Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 12419 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 9th day of June 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 4,
General, Officers Salazy, Jury, County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library and I. H. 10
F. R. E. A. Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1802 thru 1806
Voucher Nos. 42048 thru 42211 which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
NO. 12420 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 9th day of June 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of May of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having
been heazd and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and
should be approved, therefore upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commis-
sioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit:

NO. 12421 APPROVAL OF FINAL BILLING FOR RUNWAY LIGHTING AT AIRPORT AND AUTHORIZATION
FOR PAYMENT
On this the 9th day of June 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the final billing for Runway Lighting
at the Airport and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher on the
General Fund in the amount of $3078.87, payable to the City of Kerrville for the balance
due on the Runway Lighting.

NO. 12422 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED SALARY INCREASE OF JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT NO. ONE
OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 9th day of June 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone ----, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court - - _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
unanimously approved that the proposed salary increase of the Justice of the Peace of
Precinct No. One, as advertised, be granted, effective June 1, 1975, from $3600.00 per annum
