On this the 9th day of June 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Greenwood Forest No. 2.

NO, 12424 OFFER TO JOHN F. ACREE, JR., AND WIFE, GLADA SMALL ACREE, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR
STATE HIGHWAY 16
On this the 9th day of June, 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the Texas Highway Department as right
of way parcel No. 28 from John F. Acree, Jr. and wife, Glada Small Acree, for the reconstruc-
tion of State Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotia-
tions an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 28 has been arrived
at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Baztel, and
unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay John F. Acree, Jr. and
wife, Glada Small Acree, the sum of $900.00 as compensation for land and damages for their
conveyance to the State of Texas a parcel of land comprising 0.251 acres out of Survey No.

1133, C.C.S.D. and R.G.N.G.R.R. Co., with payment being made upon approval for filing and
recordation by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed right of way deed,
which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem
taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is
further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the
Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $900.00 payable to John F. Acree, Jr. and Glada
Small Acree, which voucher shall be delivered upon final approval for filing and recordation
by the Texas Highway Department of the right of way deed as aforesaid.

NO. 12425 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 9th day of June 197'5, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be and
are hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
+"" Salary Fund.

NO. 12426 APPORTIONMENT OF $14,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 9th day of June 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $14,000.00 from the General
Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners Precincts:
