NO. 12429 COMMISSIONERS' COURT TO MEET AS BOARD OF EQUALIZATION JULY 8th, 1975
On this the 9th day of June 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of the Commissioners' Court sitting as a Board of Equalization, and it appearing to
the Court that the same is a necessity; therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, it was unanimously approved that the Commissioners' Court

convene on Tuesday, July 8, 1975 between the hours of 9:00 o'clock/and 4:00 o'clock P. M.,
and that proper notices be published and also notices be mailed to those property owners
whose valuations the Court proposes to change.

NO. 12430 ORDER AUTHORIZING JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT NO. ONE TO EMPLOY PART-TIME
CLERK
On this the 9th day of June 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, with Commissioners Schwethelm, Sallee and Bartel and County Judge
Neunhoffer voting "AYE" and Commissioner Stone voting "NO", said motion carrying by a
majority vote that the Justice of the Peace of Kerr County Precinct No. One be authorized
to employ a part-time Clerk, to be compensated on an hourly basis, as determined by the
Justice of the Peace, said salary to be paid out of Officers Salary Fund, provided however,
that the authority herein granted, may be terminated at the discretion of the Commissioners'
Court at any time.

COURT RE-CONVENED IN REGULAR SESSION JUNE 13, 1975 at 10:10 o'clock A. M., with
the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 12431 ORDER OBLIGATING FUNDS FOR PURCHASE OF ADDITIONAL RADIO COMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT
PURSUANT TO BIDS AVAILABLE TO ALAMO AREA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS
Whereas, the County of Kerr has been advised by the Alamo Area Council of Governments
of a Criminal Justice Grant with regards to the availability of certain additional equipment
for regional law enforcement communications; and
Whereas, the County of Kerr has been informed by the Alamo Area Council of Governments
that $543.50 will be the share required from the County of Kerr for the purchase of addi-
tional equipment desired by Kerr County under available grants; and
Whereas the Commissioners' Court of the County of Kerr has authorized the Alamo Area
Council of Governments to purchase on its behalf certain additional radio communications
system;
Now therefore be it resolved that the amount of $543.50 pertaining to the share of
the County of Kerr for this additional regional law enforcement communications equipment is
obligated by the County of Kerr, being further subject to the provision that this program
is a part of a federal grant and any payments herein are contingent upon the availability
of said federal funds.
