~~ NO. 12432 ORDER EXPRESSING INTENTIONS OF THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF KERB COUNTY AS TO ~" CONTINUATION OF EXISTING PROBATION PROGRAM On this the 13th day of June, 1975 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of providing continuing financial support for the current probation program of the 216th Judicial District, which program presently provides probation services for Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that application for funding for the 1975-76 fiscal year is presently being prepared for submission to the Texas Criminal Justice Council through the Concho Valley Council of Governments and such funding, if approved will be for the third and final year which may be authorized under current regulations; and it further appearing to the Court that the present probation program is filling a previously unmet need in Kerr County and the 216th Judicial District and that it is being done successfully and efficiently and that it is in the public interest and in the interest of the administration of justice that it be continued on a permanent basis, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that the Commis- sioners' Court of Kerr County hereby declares as a matter of record that it is the present •~- intention of the Court to continue to participate in the probation program of the 216th Judicial District and to provide pro-rata funding of the total cost of the said program at or near its present level commencing with the termination of third year funding by the Criminal Justice Council. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12433 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 13th day of June 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer out of the General Fund, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed, Page 1806, Voucher Nos. 42213 thru 42215, which were made a part hereof and of this order.
