WHITTON FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR PROPOSED KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX On this the 27th day of June, 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved payment to A. B. Swank and Lester B. Whitton for professional services for proposed Kerr County Courthouse Annex, in the amount of $17,800.46, payable out of the General Fund and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $17,800.46, payable to A. B. Swank and Lester B. Whitton. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12442 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF COUNTY PERMANENT SCHOOL FUNDS On this the 27th day of June, 1975 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of investing certain funds now on deposit in the account of the Kerr County .-, Permanent School Fund; And it appearing to the Court the sum of $7,044.38 out of the principal account should be invested as required by law and that such amount which is presently available could be invested advantageously in Bandera County Certificate of Indebtedness 6.75% due 3/15/77 for the purchase price of $5,044.38 and Frisco Independent Schoolhouse Bonds 4% due June 1, 1976 for the purchase price of $2,000.00. It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be authorized to invest $7,044.38 of presently uninvested funds on deposit in the account of the Kerr County Permanent School Funds in Bandera County Certificate of Indebtedness 6.75% due 3/15/77 for the purchase price of $5,044.38 and Frisco Independent Schoolhouse Bond 4% due June 1, 1976 for the purchase price of $2,000.00. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT ADJOURNED JUNE 27, 1975 at 11:00 o'clock A.
