ACCEPTANCE OF ROADW~'1YS IN KERRVILLE HIGH COUNTRY RANCH
SECTION 3, IN I:1ħRR COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S PRfiCINCT NO. 4
On this the 4th day of September 1975, came on to be consider-
ed by the Court the matter of acceptance of roadways in Kerrville
High Country Ranch Section 3 in Y.err County Commissioner's Precinct
No. 4. Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sioner Bartel, with Commissioners Schwethelm, Bartel and Stone
voting "AYE" and County Judge Neunhoffer abstaining from voting,
said motion carrying by a majority vote, that Kerr County accept
maintenance of roadways in Kerrville High Country Ranch Section 3,
in Commissioner's Precinct No. 4 and that the clause stated in
Order No. 1190E, dated July 31, 1973, recorded in Volume N, Page
410, Commissioners' Court Minutes, in regard to Section 3 of
Kerrville High Country Ranch, be rescinded.

un this the 31st day of July 1873, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Corw^:issioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the following plats:
Kerrville High Country Ranch Section 1,
Kerrville Fiigh Country Ranch Section 2,
Kerrville High Country Ranch Section 3 - in regard to Section 3 - subject to the
i provisions ghat actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County until
residential development shall justify said maintenance.
