ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO, 12507 CONSOLIDATING CERTAIN KERR COUNTY
ELECTION PRECINCTS FOR CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION TO BE HELD
NOVEMBER 4, 1975
On this the 28th day of October 1975, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously
approved that Order No. 12507 Condolidating Certain Kerr County
Election Precincts for Constitutional Amendment Election to be held
November 4, 1975, be amended to read as follows: that the regularly
appointed election officials for Election Precinct No. 7 shall
conduct the said election in the consolidated Election Precincts
1 and 7, due to the inability of the previously appointed election
officials of Election Precinct No. 1 to serve.
