ORDER CHANGING ELECTION FRECINCT BOUNDARIES EFFECTIVE MARCH 1,
1976
On this the 14th day of July 1975, upon motion made by
Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the
Court unanimously approved that pursuant to the provisions of
Article 2.04(a), Texas Election Code, that the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, did at its regular July 1975 Term order
the following changes in the boundaries of certain Election
Precincts of Kerr County, the said changes to be effective for
all elections held on and after March 1, 1976. Kerr County
voters registering as qualified voters for the 1976 election
year will be registered pursuant to the said precinct boundary
changes, which are as follows:
1. That portion of Election Precinct No. 19 bounded on
the North by Town Creek, on the Jest by the West line of Hazy
Hills and Blue Bell Hills Additions to the City of Kerrville,
on the South by Jackson Road, and on the East by Culberson Avenue,
is detached from Election Precinct No. 19 voting at the Blackwell
Fire Station;
2. The foregoing area as detached from Election Precinct No.
19 is attached to Election Precinct No. 18 to be known as the Bl~.ie
Bell Precinct with a new voting place for said precinct to be
established at the Fellowship Hall of the Trinity Baptist Church.

ELECTION PRECINCT NO. 19
BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerlines of Jackson Road and
Harper Road, also known as F. M. Road No. 783, in the City of Kerrville,
Kerr County, Texas; THENCE Southwesterly with the centerline of the said
Harper Road to a point opposite the Southwest corner of that parcel of land
owned by the City of Kerrville occupied by Blackwell Fire Station. THENCE
Southeasterly to the Southwest corner of said City of Kerrville Tract and
continuing with the South side of said tract to its Southeast corner: THENCE
Northeasterly with the East line of the said City of Kerrville Tract to a corner
in the Southwest line of J. P. Swayze's two-acre tract of land; THENCE
Southeasterly with the Southwest line of the said Swayze tract to its Southeast
corner; THENCE Northeasterly with the Southeast line of the said Swayze
tract to the South line of 3ackson Road and continuing the same course to a
point of intersection with the centerline of Jackson Road; THENCE in a
Southeasterly direction along the centerline of Jackson Road to a point South
45° West of the Southwest corner of the Blue Bell Hills Add tion to the City
of Kerrville, the said point also being in the Northwest line of the middle
1/3 of Survey No. 120, Walter Fosgate; THENCE North 45° East tc the
Southwest corner of the Blue Bell Hills Addition and continuing on the same course-
with the West line of said Blue Bell Hills Addition and the Northwest line
of the middle 1/3 of Survey 120 to the Northwest corner of said .Blue Bell

Creek Road situated on the South b2nk of Town Creek in Survey 120, W. Fosgate;
'THENCE in a Northerly direction with the Southwest and West line of said
old Town Creek Road to the point where it again intersects the centerline of
Town Creek; THENCE continuing Northwesterly with the meanders of the
centerline of Town Creek to the point of its intersection with the South right of way
line of Interstate HighwSty No. 10 as platted by the 'T'exas Highway Department;
THENCE Northeasterly with the said South right of way line of Interstate
Highway No. 10 to the point of intersection with the East right of way line of
State Highway No. 16; THENCE Northeasterly with the East right of way line
of State Highway No. 16 to the point of its intersection with the common boundary
of Kerr and Gillespie Counties; THENCE West with the Kerr-Gillespie County
Line to the point of its intersection with the West line of B. S. & F. Survey No. 1;
THENCE South with the West line of Survey No. 1 to its Southwest corner in
the North line of Survey No. 1, L. A. Patillo; THENCE West with the North line
of L. A. Patillo Survey No. 1 to its Northwest Corner; THENCE South to
the Southwest corner of Survey No. 2, L. A. Patillo; THENCE Southwest
with the Southeast line of Survey No. 1382, N. Ward, to its South corner
in the Northeast line of Survey No. 125, F. Martinez; THENCE Southeast with the
Northeast line of said Survey No. 125 to its Northeast corner in the Northwest
line of Survey No. 124, F. Martinez; THENCE Southwest with the lines of
Surveys 124 and 125 to a point of intersection with the centerline of State
Highway No. 27; THENCE in a Southeasterly direction with the centerline
of Highway No. 27 to its intersection with a Iyrojection of the centerline of
the Methodist Encampment Road; THENCE Northeasterly with the meanders of
the centerline of the Methodist Encampment Road to the point of its intersection
with the centerline of 3ackson Road; THENCE Southeasterly with the centerl ine of
Jackson Road to the place of Beginning; and elections in said precinct shall be
held at Blackwell Fire Station.
It is ordered by the Court that Election Precinct No. 18, known as Blue
Bell, shall hereafter include the territory within the following metes and bounds,
to-wit: BEGINNING at a point in the centerline of State Highway No. 27,
also being Main Street at this point, at its intersection with the centerline of
Town Creek, in the City of Kerrville, Texas; THENCE in a Northwesterly
direction with the centerline of State Highway No. 27 around the arc of a curve
to the left, to its intersection with the centerline of West Water Street; THENCE
in a Northwesterly direction along the centerline of West Water Street to its
intersection with the centerline of Circle Avenue (West branch); THENCE in a
Northeasterly direction along the centerline of Circle Avenue (West branch)
to its intersection with the centerline of Jackson Road; THENCE in a Northwesterly
direction with the centerline of Jackson Road to a point S 45° West of the South-
west corner of the Blue Bell Hills Addition to the City of Kerrville, the said
point also being in the Northwest line of the middle 1/3 of Survey No. 120,
Walter Fosgate; THENCE North 45° East to the Southwest corner of the Blue
Bell Hills Addition and continuing on the same course with the West line of
said Blue Bell Hills Addition and the Northwest line of the middle 1/3 of
Survey 120 to the Northwest corner of said B1Lhe Bell Hills Addition and the
Southwest corner of the Hazy Hills Addition to the City of Kerrville; THENCE
continuing North 45° East with the West line of the Hazy Hills Addition and

with the Northwest line of the middle 1/3 of Survey 120 and the present city

place of Beginning; and elections in said precinct shall be held at the
