ORDER NO. 124.50 ORDER CHANGING ELECTION FRECINCT BOUNDARIES EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 1976 On this the 14th day of July 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.04(a), Texas Election Code, that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, did at its regular July 1975 Term order the following changes in the boundaries of certain Election Precincts of Kerr County, the said changes to be effective for all elections held on and after March 1, 1976. Kerr County voters registering as qualified voters for the 1976 election year will be registered pursuant to the said precinct boundary changes, which are as follows: 1. That portion of Election Precinct No. 19 bounded on the North by Town Creek, on the Jest by the West line of Hazy Hills and Blue Bell Hills Additions to the City of Kerrville, on the South by Jackson Road, and on the East by Culberson Avenue, is detached from Election Precinct No. 19 voting at the Blackwell Fire Station; 2. The foregoing area as detached from Election Precinct No. 19 is attached to Election Precinct No. 18 to be known as the Bl~.ie Bell Precinct with a new voting place for said precinct to be established at the Fellowship Hall of the Trinity Baptist Church.
