NO. 12441 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO A. B. SWANK AND LESTER B. WHITTON FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES FOR PROPOSED KERB COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX
On this the 27th day of June, 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved payment to A. B. Swank and
Lester B. Whitton for professional services for proposed Kerr County Courthouse Annex,
in the amount of $17,800.46, payable out of the General Fund and the Clerk and Treasurer
re hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $17,800.46, payable to A. B. Swank
and Lester B. Whitton.
