APPROVING AND ADOPTING AN EMERGENCY
OPERATIONS PLAN FOR THE COUNTY OF KERR
Whereas, an Emergency Operations Plan for the County of Kerr has been prepared by the
County's Civil Defense Office and County department heads, and its approval and
adoption by the County Co:mnissioners Court is recommended;
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF KERR
SECTION 1: That the Basic Detergency Operations Plan for the County of Kerr
is hereby approved for use by all county departments, agencies, and employees.
SECTION 2: A copy of the above described plan dated Mdy 12, 1975
is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
