On this the 18th day of April, 1975, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated

~ Allen Acree and wife, Elma Esther Acree, for the reconstruction of State
~ Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotia-

~ y~nas been arrived at, it^~is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee ,

n ~x by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay Thomas Allen Acree and wife,

'-~~ x ~ Elma Esther Acree, the sum of $940. 00 as compensation for land and damages
for their conveyance to the State of Texas a parcel of land comprising 0.187 acres
out of Survey No. 1133 C. C. S. D.- and R. G.N. G. RR Co. , with payment
being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway
Department of their properly executed right of way deed, together with a
partial release of an outstanding lien by Union Bank of Houston, Texas, which
approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad
valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property
conveyed, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the
amount of $940.00 payable to Thomas Allen Acree and Elma Esther Acree,
which voucher shall be delivered upon final approval for filing and recordation
by the Texas Highway Department of the right of way deed and partial release
of lien as aforesaid.
