~~ the Court that Kerr County offers to	pay the Veterans Land Board of the
	
~ Mate of Texas the sum of $1, 975. 00 as	compensation for land and damages
for the conveyance to the State of Texas of a right of way easement consisting
of a parcel of land comprising 0.415 acres out of Survey No. 1133 C. C. S. D.
and R. G. N. G. RR Co. , with payment being made to the Veterans Land Board
of the State of Texas upon approval by the Texas Highway Department of the
executed right of way easement; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund
~ the amount of $1, 975.00 payable to 'The Veterans Land Board of the State of
Texas, which voucher shall be delivered upon approval for final processing by
the .Texas Highway Department of the right of way easement as aforesaid.
