Heffernan and wife, Leoma Heffernan, the sum of $1845.00 C• as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State ~J ~£ of Texas a parcel of land comprising 0.721 acres out of Survey No. i 1174, James Spicer, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed right of way deed, together with a partial release of an outstanding lien by First National Bank of Kerrville, which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $1845.00 payable to Billy L. Heffernan and wife, Leoma Heffernan, and First National Bank of Kerrville, which voucher shall be delivered upon final approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the right of way deed and partial release of lien as aforesaid,
