considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated

``; y %~ and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay

j ~~ John F. Acree, Jr. and wife, Glada Small Acree, the sum of $900. 00
as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of
Texas a parcel of land comprising 0.251 acres out of Survey No. 1133,
C.C.S. D. and R. G. N. G.R.R. Co. , with payment being made upon approval
for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of their properly
executed right of way deed, which approval shall be conditioned on final
title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes
heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered
that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the
Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $900.00 payable to John F.
Acree, Jr. and Glada Small Acree, which voucher shall be delivered
upon ffnal approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway
Department of the right of way deed as aforesaid.
