Mr. Royce Gulley, representing Dimension Cable Services,
addressed the Court in reference to Order No. 12396,
Application of Hill Country Cablevision, Inc. to use Road
Rights of Way, passed on April 25, 1975. The approved
application was good for fifteen (15) years and is due to
expire next month. Mr. Gulley referred to Vernon's Annotated
Revised Civil Statues, Article 9021, that Gable TV systems
are no longer governed by County Court, but existing process
of notification of construction is thru the County Engineer.
Mr. Gulley said they would use current utility poles if in
the right-of-way. Commissioners' Court took no action since
Dimension Cable Services does not require or need to renew.

APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR DETENTION SERVICES
BETWEEN KERR COUNTY AND BANDERA COUNTY AND BETWEEN
KERR COUNTY AND KENDALL COUNTY
On this the 22nd day of March 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner Morgan, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the
Court unanimoU®ly Opproved a Contract for Detention Services
between Kerr County and Bandera County and between Kerr
County and Kendall County for the housing of alleged or
adjudicated juvenile offenders.
Judge Edwards is hereby authorized to sign said contracts on
behalf of Kerr County.

APPROVAL TO BEGIN NEGOTIATIONS WITH AMCARE FUR
EMS SERVICES
On this the•22nd day of March 1990, upon motion made by
Commissioner kay, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court
unanimously approved to begin negotiations with AMCARE for
EMS Services for Kerr County.
