tt has come to my attention that our Financial Advisory Contract
will expire on July 1, 1976, unless an extension is approved.
We generally ,request a renewal and have a continuing contract and
would appreciate having the same arrangement with Kerr County,
if this is acceptable with you and the Commissioners.
Accordingly we would like to propose that the existing contract
be extended for a period of _~! yeart from July I, 1976.
If and when this is accepted by you, please execute both copies of
this letter at the places indicated and return one copy for my files.
