Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her hands for the period from July 1, 1975 and ending December 31, 1975 and held on i deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $8,754.60. i It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved. Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12567 ORDER SETTING COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 12th day of January 1976, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1976, as provided for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas and Article 3912e, Section 6, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1976. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and un- animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1976. It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12568 TRANSFER OF $30,937.00 TO SOCIAL SECURITY FUND On this the 12th day of January 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded ' by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the following amounts to the Social Security! Fund from their respective funds: Jury Fund $ 550.00 Road & Bridge Fund 9400.00 General Find 2050.00 Officers Salary Fund 18937.00 Total $30937.00 o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12569 ORDER SETTING PAY OF GRAND JURORS, PETIT JURORS AND SPECIAL VENIREMEN IN DISTRICT ', COURT AND JURORS IN COUNTY COURT AND JUSTICE OF THE PEACE COURTS On this the 12th day of January 1976, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen in the District Court of Kerr County and of Jurors in the County Court and Justice of the Peace Courts of Kerr County, as is required to be done annually by Article 2122, Vernons Civil Statutes, Article 1056 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and Article 35.24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court, that the
