Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

NO. 12563 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 12th day of January 1976, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers Salary,
County Law Library, Jury, Kerr County Public Library Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts
Allowed from page 1863 thru 1866 Voucher Nos. 44115 thru 44255 which were made
a part hereof and of this order. ~~
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 12564 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY & PRECINCT OFFICIALS
On this the 12th day of January 1976, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of December of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved, therefore upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commis-
sioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed
with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit:

NO. 12565 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
on this the 12th day of January 1976, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarter-
ly Report of all monies and Łees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
Officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of December 1975, and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $8,754.60.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $3702.40. ~~""
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;

NO. 12566 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 12th day of January 1976, came on to be considered by the Court the semi-
annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the

in her hands for the period from July 1, 1975 and ending December 31, 1975 and held on

deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $8,754.60.

It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 12567 ORDER SETTING COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS
On this the 12th day of January 1976, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court,
with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of
various County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1976, as provided
for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas and Article 3912e, Section 6, R.C.S. of
Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000
inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would
be best served if the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a
salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1976.
Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and un-
animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials and Precinct
Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1976.
It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified
copy of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas.

NO. 12568 TRANSFER OF $30,937.00 TO SOCIAL SECURITY FUND
On this the 12th day of January 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded '
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the following amounts to the Social Security!
Fund from their respective funds:
Jury Fund $ 550.00
Road & Bridge Fund 9400.00
General Find 2050.00
Officers Salary Fund 18937.00
Total $30937.00

NO. 12569 ORDER SETTING PAY OF GRAND JURORS, PETIT JURORS AND SPECIAL VENIREMEN IN DISTRICT ',
COURT AND JURORS IN COUNTY COURT AND JUSTICE OF THE PEACE COURTS
On this the 12th day of January 1976, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Veniremen
in the District Court of Kerr County and of Jurors in the County Court and Justice of the
Peace Courts of Kerr County, as is required to be done annually by Article 2122, Vernons
Civil Statutes, Article 1056 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and Article 35.24 of the Code
of Criminal Procedure and after due consideration, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court, that the
