Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her hands for the period from July 1, 1975 and ending December 31, 1975 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $8,754.60. It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved. Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12567 ORDER SETTING COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 12th day of January 1976, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1976, as provided - for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas and Article 3912e, Section 6, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salazy basis as provided by law, for the year 1976. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and un- animously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1976.
