authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 Right-of-Way Fund, made payable to the Lower
Colorado River Authority in the amount of $1959.53, for utility adjustments on Highway 16
South of the City Limits.

salaries and allowances be approved, as per schedule on file, which provides for a $600.00
per annum cost of living expense for non elected personnel and salary increases for certain
