right of way for the portion of State Highway 16 as aforesaid;
And it is further recommended that the Chas. Schreiner Bank make payment of such
accrued funds when they become available to the Kerr County Treasurer for deposit in the
Highway 16 right of way fund within the Kerr County Treasury Account.

The County Judge submitted to the Court the following order:
WHEREAS, an "Official Notice of Sale" and "Official Statement" have been prepared by M.
E. Allison & Co., Inc., San Antonio, Texas, in connection with the issuance of $860,000
"Kerr County, Texas, General Obligation Bonds, Series 1976," dated February 1, 1976; and
WHEREAS, said documents have been submitted to and reviewed by officials of the County
and such officials have reported to this Court that the representations of fact relating to
Kerr County, Texas, particularly those matters pertaining to the financial condition of the
County, tax data, and outstanding debt of the County, are true and correct and documented by
the records of the County; and
WHEREAS, the officials of the County who reviewed said "Official Notice of Sale" and
"Official Statement", and this Court know of no facts that have not been disclosed in said
