the Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 12589 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 9th day of February 1976, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, officers Salary,
County Law Library, Jury, Kerr County Public Library and Flood Control Maintenance Funds, as
shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1874 thru 1B 7£3 Voucher Nos. 44357
thru x4531 which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 12590 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY & PRECINCT OFFICIALS
On this the 9th day of February 1976, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of January cf the County and Precinct Officials o£ Kerr County, Texas, the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved, therefore upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and
filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit:

NO. 4, PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT, FLOOD CONTROL MAINTENANCE AND SOCIAL SECURITY FUNDS
On this the 9th day of February 1976, came on to be heard and considered by the Court

the matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit in the following funds and in the
amounts listed:
Jury Fund $ 10,000.00
General Fund 200,000.00
Road & Bridge #4 Fund 10,000.00
Permanent Improvement Fund 15,000.00
Flood Control Maintenance Fund 15,000.00
SOCial Security Fund 20,000.00
and that these funds should be invested as soon as current Certificates of Deposits mature
and the proceeds thereof are deposited to the credit of Kerr County, pending possible need
of these funds for expenditure, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
