Schreiner Bank, which investments shall be made as soon as practicable and that such Certificates of Deposits shall be for a period of 90 days from date of investment. And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw proper vouchers on the funds aforementioned and in the amounts above set forth to effect the afore- said investments with the Chas. Schreiner Bank. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12592 PLAT OF CARTWHEEL LODGE OF KERRVILLE APPROVED On this the 9th day of February 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Cartwheel Lodge of Kerrville. FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16 Gn this the 9th day of February, 1976, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring four parcels of land designated by the State Department of Highways ', and Public Transportation as Parcels 39, 40, 41 and 44 for the reconstruction of State High- way 16; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations with representa- tives of Energy-Land, Inc,, formerly known as Upper Guadalupe Investment Company, Inc., present owner of the four said parcels, an agreed consideration for their conveyance to the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation has been arrived at, it is ordered ', on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay Energy-Land, Inc the following sums as Compensation for land and damages for the Corporation's conveyance to the State of Texas of the four hereinafter set forth parcels of right of way: 1. Parcel 39 comprising 1.040 acres 2. Parcel 40 comprising 1.701 acres 3. Parcel 41 comprising 1.936 acres 4.
