Gillett for the reconstruc- tion of State Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotia- tions an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 43 has been arrived ~' at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and un- animously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay Donald B. Gillett, a single mangy the sum of $1,290.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas a parcel of land comprising 0.437 acres out of Survey No. 1174, James Spicer, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the State Department of I3igh- ways and Public Transportation of their properly executed right of way deed, which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $1,290,00 payable to Donald B. Gillett, which voucher shall be delivered upon final approval for filing and recordation by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation of the right of way deed aforesaid.
