the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the State Department of Highways and

Public Transportation as right of way Parcel No. 43 from Donald B. Gillett for the reconstruc-
tion of State Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotia-
tions an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 43 has been arrived ~'
at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and un-
animously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay Donald B. Gillett, a single mangy
the sum of $1,290.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of
Texas a parcel of land comprising 0.437 acres out of Survey No. 1174, James Spicer, with
payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the State Department of I3igh-
ways and Public Transportation of their properly executed right of way deed, which approval
shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including
current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered
that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of
way fund in the amount of $1,290,00 payable to Donald B. Gillett, which voucher shall be
delivered upon final approval for filing and recordation by the State Department of Highways
and Public Transportation of the right of way deed aforesaid.

On this the 9th day of February 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for bids for two 1976 Model 4-Door Sedans for the Kerr County Sheriff's
Department. ~
Bid price to include trade-in of two 1974 Ford Sedans, less radio and other special
police equipment.
Specifications are on file at the office of the County Clerk oŁ Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., March 8th, 1976, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the official Newspaper of Kerr County February 12th and
February 19th, 1976.

NO. 12596 TRANSFER OF $20,000.00 from GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND 1
On this the 9th day of February 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded ,
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer, be ands
are hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $20,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.

NO. 12597 TRANSFER OF $25,000.00 from GENERAL FUND TO GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 9th day of February 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer, be and
are hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $25,000.00 from the General Fund to the General
Road and Bridge Fund.
