Chief Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County be appointed Kerr County Tax Assessor-
Collector effective March 31, 197u at 5:30 p, m, to serve in such capacity until the next
succeeding General Election and until the qualification of her successor; and that her salary
and allowances be fixed in the same amount as were set forth for the office in Commissioners'
Court Order No. 12574 entered on the 12th day of January, 1976; and that payment of such
salary and allowances shall commence on April 1, 1976, provided that the appointment hereby
made shall become effective only upon actual recei;~t of the contemplated formal resignation
of Juanita Reeves Alaples and upon the prior approvzil by the Court of the appointee's official
bond.

On this the 12th day of February 1976, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court,
came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs;. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of said
County, for the period beginning) on the 1st day of November 1975 and ending on the 31st day
._ of January 1976, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the z~eriod above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hex•eby ordered to file same in the record
accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court.

CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
-- On this the 12th day of February 1976, came on to be examined by the Court the 4uarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the gtiiarter beginning November 1, 1975 and
ending January 31, 1976, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and
found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded bLLg Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said x•eport to be filed for future reference and
subject to audit.
