Sallee Commissioner Precinct No. 2 Adolph Bartel Commissioner Precinct No. 3 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct Ldo. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 12606 KERR COUNTY COMh1ISSIONERS' COURT RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County recognizes the current need for assist- '' ance to the District Attorney of the 216th Judicial District in the matter of trial preparation and prosecution of criminal cases recnairing trial by the District Court of the said Judicial District; and, WHEREAS, the Criminal Justice Division of the State of Texas has available certain funds which may be employed for the purpose of initial funding for an Assistant District Attorney for the 216th Judicial District; and WHEREAS, it is necessary that a unit of local government make proper application for such funds and assume responsibility for their expenditure; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT kESOLVED that Y.err County Commissioners' Court authorize and direct the County Judge of Kerr County to make application in the name of Kerr County and to execute such application for total funding in the amount of S4S,000.00 over a three year period, including initial first year funding in the amount of $15,000.00, which application shall be made to the Criminal Justice Division through the Alamo Area Council of Governments for the purpose of establishing and funding the position of Assistant District Attorney for the 216th Judicial District of the State of Texas. F. Biggerstaff and wife, Julia R. Biggerstaff for the reconstruction of a portion of State Highway 16 designated as Sidney Baker Street South; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior ner3otiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 11 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to nay C. F. Biggerstaff and wife, Julia R. Biggerstaff, the sum oŁ $15,000.00 as compensation for damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas a parcel of land comprising 0.342 acres out of Survey No. 145 T. L. Waddell, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the State Department
