of Highways and Public Transportation of their properly executed right of way deed, which
approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes,
including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further
ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer he authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16
right of way fund in the amount of $15,000.00 payable to C. F. Biggerstaff and wife, Julia
R. Biggerstaff, which voucher shall be delivered upon final approval for filing and recorda-
tion by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation of the right of way deed
aforesaid; - - - - - - - - - - - - - and it is further ordered that in addition to the fore-
mooing, Kerr County will, at no e~:pense to the landowners reconstruct the existing fencing
alonr, Highway 16 on the new right of way line to the equivalent of present standards using the
existing fence material ~•rhen practicable, otherwise new materials of quality acceptable to
the landowners will be substituted.

by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the lease agreement between the City
of Kerrville and Kerr County, Lessors and Dugosh Aircraft Service Co., Inc., Lessee.

on this the 23rd day of February 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schcaethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Airport Master Plan, as pre-
pared by Bovay Engineers, Inc., for the City o£ Kerrville and Kerr County.

On this the 23rd day of February 1976, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts orere approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of General Fund and Officers Salary Fund, as shown in the
Minutes of Accounts Allowed on page 1880 Voucher t7os. 44548 thru 44551 which were
made a part of this order.

Un this the 23rd day of February 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the recruest of Juanita Reeves Maples,
Tax Assessor-Collector, t4 refund payment of taxes for year 1975 to Julia R. Biggerstaff, in
the amount of $912.00, due to an error in assessment.
