Twelve sealed bids were opened and read aloud by the County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer,
and the following order was passed:
ORDER NO. 12614 ORDER TO SUBb1IT ALL BIDS TO ARCHITECT FOK TABULATION AND EVALUATION
On this the 3rd day of March 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that all bids be
submitted to the Architect for tabulation and evaluation and that the Architect submit his
'findings and recommendation to the Court on Diarch 8, 1976, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., at the
Regular Term of Commissioners' Court, at which time a final determination of bid award will
be considered.
