Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Court, it is found that the bid of Tom Benson Company, Inc., '~ be accepted as the lowest and best bid, as follows: Totdl price for two 1976 model four door Chevrolet sedans ------ $12538.40 ' Less trade-in of two 1974 model four door Ford sedans ------ $ 5620.60 Net bid for two units $ 6917.80 '' Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court.
