NO. 12621 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 8th dap of March 1976, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commiasioners~ Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and the Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road
4, General, Officers Salary, Jury, County Law Library and Kerr County Public Library Funds,
as shown in tihe Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1886 thru 1890 , Voucher Nos. 44642
thru 44819 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner 3chwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 12622 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY 6 PRECIDTCT OFFICIALS
On this the 8th day of March 1976, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of February of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr Connty, Texas, the same
havi»g been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved, therefore upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit:

TO TH8 HONORABLE COMlIISSIONSRS COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS:
COMB NC~f, the undersigned, who are the owners of all of the lands hereinafter described,
' which lands located in Kerr County, Texas, have been subdivided, and pursuant to Article
7227, V.T.C.S., make this their application to the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Taxas,
for permission to cancel all of such subdivision, so as to throw said lands back into acreage
tracts as it existed before such subdivision was made, and for such application would respect-
