The said Commissioner's Court further finds that neither such Indian Springs Ranch Estates subdivision nor any of the lands located within said subdivision are located in any incorporated city or town. The Commissioner's Court further finds that the said owners, by and through their attorney, appeared and requested the approval of such Application to Cancel Subdivision; that no person appeared to protest against such application and that the said Commissioner's Court should enter an order cancelling said subdivision and spread upon the minutes of this court, its order authorizing such owners of such lands to cancel the sane by written instrument, describing such subdivision as a whole, provided, however, that nothing herein shall be construed as a cancellation of the paved county roadway, commonly known and designat- ed as the Fisher Road as the same existed prior to the filing of such platted subdivision. It is therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by the Commissioner's Court of Rerr County, Texas, that Carl M. Hawkins and wife, Diane C. Hawkins, and Willis M.
