Gillett, which vouches shall be delivered upon final approval for filing and recordation by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation of the right of way deed aforesaid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12629 ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO. 12,588, OFFER TO KERRVILLE 16, LTD. F.OR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16 On this the 8th day of March, 1976, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of amending Order No. 12,588 entered on the 2nd day of February, 1976 and recorded in Vol. O, page 56 of the minutes of the Court; and it appearing to the Court that such order originally directed the payment of the sum of 515,600.00 to Kerrville 16, LTD., G. E. Lehmann and Gordon H. Monroe, upon final title approval and filing of aright of way deed from Kerrville 16, LTD, and a partial release of lien from G. E. Lehmann and Gordon H. Monroe; and it further appearing to the Court that the authorized representative of Kerrville 16, LTD. has by letter dated March 4, 1976 authorized the payment of the consideration for the conveyance of the 0.376 acres of right of way directly to the lienholdera; and it further appeazing to the Court that the said G. E. Lehmann and Gordon H.
