E. Lehmann and Gordon H. Monroe, upon final title approval and filing of aright of way deed from Kerrville 16, LTD, and a partial release of lien from G. E. Lehmann and Gordon H. Monroe; and it further appearing to the Court that the authorized representative of Kerrville 16, LTD. has by letter dated Much 4, 1976 authorized the payment of the consideration for the conveyance of the 0.376 acres of right of way directly to the lienholders; and it further appearing to the Court that the said G.
