ly approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Dorothy Smith, Ann Stapp, Lorene Key,

Collector Designate, Doris Lee Smith, and that their appointments be effective at the time

On this the 8th day of March 1976, came on to be considered by the Court the application
of Smmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, for authority to appoint and deputize Dona Klingemann,
as Deputy County Clerk for Absentee Voting, and it appeazing to the Caurt that said applica-
tion should be approved, therefore, upon motion wade by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to
Deputize Dona Klingemann, as a Deputy County Clerk for Absentee Voting ~Electiona) and that
she be paid on an ourly basis ~ 52.50 per hour.

On this the 8th day of March 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Baztel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the request of James J. Vogel,
Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. One, for a full time secretary, be granted, and that
Sabrehna Anders be employed as a full time secretazy, effective June 1st, 1976 and that she
be paid on an hourly basis out of the Officers Salary Fund.
