On this the 8th day of March 1976, came on to be considered by the Court the application
of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, for authority to appoint and deputize Dona Klingemann,
as Deputy County Clerk for Absentee Voting, and it appearing to the Court that said applica-
tion should be approved, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to
Deputize Doaa Klingemann, ae a Deputy County Clerk for Absentee voting (Elections) and that
she be paid on an ourly basis ! $2.50 per hour.

SECRETARY APPROVED
On Chia the 8th day of March 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the request of James J. Vogel,
Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. One, for a full time secretary, be granted, and that
Sabrehna Anders be employed as a full time secretary, effective June 1st, 1976 and that she
be paid on sn hourly basis out of the Officers Salary Fund.

On this the 8th dsy of March 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,

County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of S15,000.00 from the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:
