day of April 1976 at 10:00 o~clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a regular term of
the Commissioners Court, with the following officers present:

On this the 12th day of April 1976, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissionera~ Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and the Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, officers
Salary, Jury, County Law Library sad Kerr County Public Library Funds, as shown in the Minutes
of Accounts Allowed from page 1896 thru 1901

Motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO, 12645 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFF ICLAL3
On this the 12th day of April 1976, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of March of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texan, the same having
been heazd and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and
should be approved, therefore upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with
the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit:

NO, 12646 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 12th day of April 1976, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
Officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of March 1976, and held on deposit in
the County Clerks T7CUSt Fund in the amount of 58,481.92.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines imposed, Jury and Library Feea, Judgments received and
.collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of 52295.00
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.
