On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the request of the Internationai
Brangus Breeders Association, Znc., for use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building, Jnne
lat, 1976 thru June 6, 1976, for the International Brangus Futurity and associated events,
at a charge of $50.00 per day, plus clean-up.

KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE
On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the request of the Kerrville
Music Foundation to conduct a free concert in front of the Kerr County Courthouse on June
29th, 1976 in the evening.

On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for bids for one 1976 Model two ton ---- truck Cab and chassis for
use by Kerr County Precinct No. 4.
Specifications are on file at the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o~clock A. M., May 10th, 1976, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the official Newspaper of Kerr County April 15th and 22nd,
1976.

by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the request of Aime Frank Real
to use the Agriculture Exhibition Building On May 7th, 8th and 9th, 1976 for an annual F.F.A.
and 4 H Club Lamb Sale, at a charge of S50.00 per day, plus clean-up.

NO. 12658 APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN KERR COUNTY AND LESTER B. WHITTON FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES FOR COURTHOUSE RENOVATION
On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the agreement between Kerr
County, Texas and Lester B. Whitton for professional services for renovation of the Kerr
County Courthouse, and the County Judge was authorized to execute the agreement on behalf
of Kerr County. (Contract to be filed but not recorded)
