'' NO. 12659 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR REPLACEMBNT OF BOILER IN KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE
On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for bids for a contract for replacement of the boiler in the Kerr
County Courthouse.
Sealed proposals w111 be received by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas,
at the Commissioners' Court Room, Kerrville, Texas, until 2:00 o'clock P. M, on the 10th
day of May, 1976. At such time all proposals received will be publicly opened, read aloud
and referred to the County's Engineers for tabulation, checking and evaluation and final
award of a contract is proposed to be made on the 14th day of May, 1976, by the Commissioners'
Court.
Plans and specifications may be examined without charge at the office of the County
Clerk, County Court House, Kerrville, Texas, and at the office of Letter B. whitton, PE,
Engineer, 249 First National Bank Building, Kerrville, Texas. Copies of such instruments
may be obtained fray the Engineer, upon deposit of 525.00 as a guarantee of the safe return
of the documents to the office of the Engineer and upon the return of the documents, the
deposit will be returned.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the official newspaper of Kerr County, Texas on April 15th
and April 22nd, 1976.

NO. 12660 APPROVAL FOR PAYMENT OF AIRPORT MASTER PLAN COST BY BOVAY ENGINEERS AND PAYMENT
TO CITY OF KERRVILLE FOR KERR COUNTY'S SHARE
On thi: the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court, it fa ordered that Kerz County
reimburse the City of Kerrville for one-half of the local cost for the previously approved
Airport Master Plan and that the Clerk and Treasures be authorized to draw a voucher out of
the General Fund in the amount of 52512.50 made payable to Lhe City of Kerrville for Kerr
County's one-half of the cost.

NO. 12661 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF FEES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AS PER CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION
AGREEMENT
On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the following be paid as per
contractual obligation agreement, out of Kerr County Courthouse & Jail Construction Fund
No. 2; for professional services:
Lester 8. Whitton, P. E. and A. B. Swank, FAIR, Association ------- 326,001.00
Dumas, Huguenin, Boothman and Morrow ------- S 5,000.00
M. E. Allison & Co., Inc. ------- 312,000.00

NO. 12662 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF FUNDS OUT OF KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE AND JAIL.
CONSTRUCTION FUND NO. 2
On this the 12th day of April 1976, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of investing funds currently on deposit in the Kerr County Courthouse and Jail
Construction Fund No. 2 and that the sum of 5100,000.00 should be invested out of said fund.
