and unanimously approved by the Court, that the sum of $100,000.00 out of the Kerr County
Courthouse and Jail Construction Fund No. 2 be invested in an Interest Bearing Certificate
of Deposit with the Chas. Schreiner Bank, to mature on August 1, 1976.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a proper
voucher on the fund aforementioned and in the amount above set forth to effect the aforesaid
investment with the Chas. Schreiner Hank.

NO. 12663 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF FUNDS OUT OF XERR COUNTY CERTIFICATES OF
OBLIGATION, SSRIES OF 1976 SINKING FUND
On this the 12th day of April 1976, came on to be heard sad considered by the Court
the matter of investing funds currently on deposit in the Kerr County Certificates of Obliga-
tion, Series of 1976 Sinking Fund and that the sum of S864.75 should be invested out of said
fund.
It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and
unanimously approved by the Court, that the sum of $864.75 out of the Kerr County Certificates
' of Obligation, Series of 1976 Sinking Fund be invested in an Interest Bearing Certificate
of Deposit with the Chas. Schreiner Bank, to mature September 15, 1976.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a proper
voucher on the fund aforementioned and in the amount above set forth to effect the aforesaid
investment with the Chas. Schreiner Bank.

NO. 12664 ORDER CREATING KERR COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATION FUND
On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the Kerr County Juvenile Probation
Fund be created as a separate account on the books of the County Treasurer and that all funds
received from the State of Texas Criminal Justice Grant be deposited in this fund.

NO. 12665 EMPLOYMENT OF HOWARD R. HOLLIMON AS KERB COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATION OFFICER
-' On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Howard R. Hollimon be employed
as Kerr County Juvenile Probation Officer, effective April 12, 1976 and that his salary be
set at SB760.00 per annum, effective April 12, 1976 and payable out of the Kerr County
Juvenile Probation Fund.

NO. 12666 ORDER ESTABLISHING SECRETARIAL ALLOWANCE FOR KERR COUNTY JWENILE PROBATION

OA this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Kerr County Juvenile Proba-
tion Officer be allowed a secretarial allowance in the amount of S1200.00 per annum, effec-
tive April 12, 1976, payable out of the Kerz County Juvenile Probation Fund.

On this the 12th day of April 1976, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the employers portion of F.I.C.A.
Tax for the Kerr County Juvenile Probation Officer and Secretary be paid each month out of
the Kerr County Juvenile Probation Fund and deposited in the Kerr County Social Security Fund.
